Belif Numero 10 essence is a hydrating ‘first essence’, designed to maintain moisture levels on the skin, since moisture evaporates from the skin within 10 seconds after cleansing! It’s a toner + serum in one with a lightweight gel texture that helps retain the hydration in the skin before it can evaporate.
