Holland & Barrett Cod Liver Oil with Evening Primrose 572mg is high in omega 3 fatty acids and provides an excellent source of vitamins A and D. Both vitamins A and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, while vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
Evening primrose oil provides the fatty acids linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Not all fatty acids can be produced in the body, so they must be supplied through diet or supplementation. Inside the body, linoleic acid is metabolized to GLA.
Directions:
Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
