Holland & Barrett Cod Liver Oil 410mg is selected from the finest deep sea, cold-water fish. Pure cod liver oil rapid release capsules contain EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart. This product is scientifically formulated to concentrate the natural sources of Vitamins A & D. Vitamins A & D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin A alone contributes towards the maintenance of normal skin and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.
Directions:
Take one to two softgel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
