CkIn2u for her by Calvin Klein, Ck In 2U for women is Calvin Klein’s first gender-specific fragrance. Known for sparkling unisex scents, Calvin Klein broke with the standard to create a scent for the “techno-sexual generation.” The risk paid off in this fresh floral with a woody oriental base that ripples with erotic energy. Top notes of pink grapefruit and bergamot open the fragrance with a light, optimistic air tempered by bitter red currant leaves. Avant-garde sugar orchid and cactus middle notes give way to warm, lingering base notes of amber, red cedar and classic vanilla.
The brand launched this fragrance in 2007, along with Ck In 2U for men. The storied American fashion house sought to reconnect with youth through this fragrance, which it marketed as an embodiment of youthful adventure and possibilities.
