- The I’m From Rice Toner is created with ground Yeoju rice, that helps get rid of impurities and dead skin cells, making your face smooth and hydrated. It also contains gamma oryzanol, helpful in brightening a dull complexion. It is effective for skin that is dull, fatigued, dry and irritated. Simply apply to the whole face with your hands or a cotton round. It can also be used as a facial mist.
